Pooja is an exceptional designer who, with unwavering passion, turned my wedding and sangeet outfit dreams into reality. She possesses a beautiful sense of humor and a friendly personality. We clicked so well- I asked my parents to involve her in a pre-wedding Gujju ritual and Pooja very graciously accepted, I really valued her being a part of it all. The process was easy, after I got in touch with Pooja she made a draft of my outfits and a visionboard based on my taste. After the approval and finalising, she was quick to start the work. She was easy to communicate with, honesy and guided me with my choices whenever I was unsure. From the start, she advised keeping the budget open, and while the final cost exceeded the initial quote, the transparency was appreciated- as that is exactly what lacks in the market. However, after wearing those outfits, I felt they were well worth the cost 100%. Pooja's craftsmanship and attention to detail were phenomenal, creating not just stunning ensembles but unforgettable moments. I truly felt like the most beautiful bride in outfits created by Pooja. Pooja's commitment to excellence is evident in her work, making her the go-to designer for those who seek both talent and heart in every creation. Highly recommend! The only slight hiccup was packaging the outfits; traditional outfits are hard to transport, and not having a dedicated package was a bit difficult. However, to redeem that, she got a fabric cover sewn for my wedding outfit to use temporarily, which was very sweet and kind of her. At this time, Pooja's Couture is getting packaging made, so the next time I shop here, I am sure this issue will be resolved! I have had a very positive experience with Pooja and highly recommend anyone who wants customized outfits to approach Pooja; you won't have any regrets.
