1. How many photos/videos are included in your wedding package?
When you choose SR Media for your wedding photography, you can expect an extensive collection of images. Our package includes a minimum of 400 photos, alongside a full wedding film and a highlights reel lasting four to five minutes.
2. Do you require a deposit for booking?
Absolutely. To secure your slot in our calendar, we ask for a 50% deposit. This ensures exclusivity for your chosen date, with the remaining 50% due post-wedding, before we commence editing.
3. Do you edit all images?
Couples’ shots and Bride & Groom Portraits receive enhancement in Photoshop, while the rest undergo color correction and enhancements in Adobe Lightroom for that perfect finish.
4. How will we receive our wedding media?
Your wedding photographs will be conveniently delivered via Dropbox or a customized USB, tailored to your preferences.
5. What’s the turnaround time for receiving our media?
Please allow up to four weeks for photos and six weeks for videos post-wedding day.
6. Can we obtain RAW files?
Certainly, RAW files are available upon request, albeit with an additional fee.
7. Do you cover destination weddings?
Yes, SR Media is available for destination weddings, with travel expenses factored into your quote.
