We had a fantastic experience with Ido Ido in the lead-up to our wedding. Nina was an absolute pleasure to deal with—she was prompt, efficient, incredibly helpful, and kept us informed every step of the way regarding design approvals, processing times, and collection of our items. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Ido Ido created our seating chart, welcome sign decal, menu cards, and several other personalised touches for our wedding, all customised exactly how we envisioned them for our special day. Their design team was also wonderful to work with, making adjustments quickly and ensuring every detail was exactly the way we wanted it. AMAZING! March helped us right from the beginning and all the way through however we spoke with a few different people throughout the process, this didn’t bother us as everyone was always up to date and on top of our order. For our wedding we got a welcome and remembrance sign, seating chart, menus, vow books and a few other little things. Bryan was very professional and prompt when helping us in our design calls. Two days before my wedding I realised I had forgotten to order my wishing well “cards and well wishes” sign and they organised it on the spot. The staff here go above and beyond and the quality from production is brilliant also. Will definitely be using I do I do for future events.

Eren and the team from Ido Ido were such a pleasure to deal with. We ended up going with them for our Invitations, menus, welcome sign and seating chart all came together perfectly. We had a few changes along the way and they were so accommodating with timing and revisions. Nothing ever felt like a hassle and everything was turned around quickly and professionally. Ido-ido you’ve done it again! After an awful experience I encountered from another company who specialised in acrylics laser cut, I reached out to ido-ido in hope that they would be able to create a “First Christmas”ornament for my daughter. Due to the impeccable customer service thanks to Ebru and Kevin (my graphic designer) and their outstanding attention to detail, I was able to have made a customised Christmas ornament and gift for my grandmother. Turnaround time was incredible and the process was seamless. It is very rare does one come across a company who ensures that they go above and beyond to meet the customer needs and deliver high quality customised goods & services. I think the pictures speak for themselves (ornament on the right side with the white ribbon was created by ido-ido). Highly recommend ido-ido and definitely will go directly to them moving forward as their quality of workmanship is flawless and their customer service is amazing. Thank you ido-ido!
