a year agoMy daughter got married here last year and then, this year we celebrated our wedding anniversary at the same venue. Could not fault a single thing. Incredibly beautiful, modern and clean function rooms. Staff is professional, helpful and extremely thorough. Level of service & attention to detail is amazing. Fantastic food and choices on offer! Cant praise enough the entire Doltone House Team, from the Sales Manager, Event Coordinator, Chef and the Floor Supervisor. Thanks Again.... hopefully will see you soon

11 months agoWe had a wonderful experience with Doltone House - from our first conversation thru to the night of our twin daughter’s 21st birthday. On the night, everything was wonderful - the food, the service, and the ambiance. Working with Christine in the lead-up was great. She was flexible, reliable and nothing was too hard. Thank you to the entire DH team, and especially Christine. Highly recommend DH for any milestone celebration.

4 months agoCustomers should be extremely cautious when booking with Dalton House Western Sydney. I booked this venue well in advance—July 2025—for a milestone anniversary celebration planned for October 2026. I followed every requirement, including making two scheduled payments exactly as per the signed agreement. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen family situation, I had no choice but to cancel the event. I officially cancelled in early January 2026, giving the venue nine months’ notice, more than enough time for them to reopen the date and rebook the space. As per the contract, we agreed to pay a $4,900 cancellation fee, which I accepted without dispute. What I did not accept—and still do not accept—is Dalton House’s refusal to refund the remaining $5,000 of my own money. Instead, they insisted on holding it as a “credit” for three years, even after I made it clear that I have no intention of hosting any future events with them. This experience has left me feeling that the venue is unfairly withholding customer funds. Even after paying the cancellation fee in full, they refused to return the balance that rightfully belongs to me. My experience with Dalton House Western Sydney has been deeply disappointing, and I strongly urge others to be vigilant before booking with this venue.

2 years agoWe celebrated our Dads surprise 60th here earlier in the year. From the beginning to the end of this journey, the service was exceptional. Our event manager Mareen was very well organised, polite and courteous. She catered to all our needs and made sure everything was set for our Dads birthday. Everyone had a good time, the room was beautiful and spacious, the staff were attentive and friendly and most importantly the food was amazing.

a year agoThe service was terrible. As a photographer, I had only eaten about 10% of my lunch before getting busy shooting event photos. When I returned to my table, the waiters had already cleared all my food and only served us dessert. I asked the manager about it, and he said, “Oh, I thought you were done.” They literally threw away 90% of the food from two plates—what a waste! They didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted to pack it to-go or if I was done eating. I told the manager that I hadn’t finished my lunch, and he replied, “Oh, but it’s already cold.” So what? I wasn’t done eating! To make matters worse, he brought food back to me that had already been taken to another guest’s table—essentially, someone else’s leftovers. This was an extremely poor experience—wasting food and having such an unprofessional attitude towards service.
